Banana Chocolate Cheese cake



(Adapted and modified from here)

Ingredients:
A)
150g mashed bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
75ml vegetable oil
75 g brown sugar

B)
200g self raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
30g cocoa powder
* sifted all the above

C)
200g cream cheese
30g sugar

1 egg

Methods:
1) Put A into a bowl, mix well
2) Fold in B to A, fold to combine, do not overmix.
3) Pour to 8"round/ square pan
4) Beat cream cheese and sugar till fluffy. add in egg and beat till well incorporate.
5) Pour over the cream cheese over the chocolate batter, swirl it
6) Bake in oven, 180 for 25 minutes

No bake cheese cake



A very simple and yet devilishly nice

Ingredients:
A:
10 slices of digestive biscuits (crushed)
50g butter (melted)

B:
250g cream cheese
1/2 cup UHT cream (whipped it)
1/4 cup sugar
*optional 1tbsp of lemon/lime juice

C:
Optional topping of blueberry, fruits or chocolate

I used chocolate this time, 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup milk chocolate (melt in hot water)

1) mix A and press firmly on cupcake or baking tray
2) Beat cheese and sugar till fluffy then add in the juice and whipped cream (gently)
3) pour it over the tray or spoon it into the cupcake
4) add on topping and give it a swirl
5) chill in the fridge before serving

Cream cheese banana cupcakes



Still got some bananas sitting in my fridge..... wondering what cake should i do and while looking through I saw some cream cheese.... been there for quite some times.....

So instead of making a cake with butter, I change it to cream cheese which I feel is much healthier. Surprisingly, it do taste good and moist

Ingredient:
250 g cream cheese
250 g self raising flour
150 g sugar
300g mashed bananas
4 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
100 ml milk
some chocolate chips for decoration

Sift flour together with the baking soda and baking powder

1) beat cream cheese and the sugar till fluffy
2) add in egg one by one
3) fold in the flour and milk
4) then the banana
5) spoon into paper cup 3/4 full
6) sprinkle some chocolate chips on top

Bake 180 C for 35 minutes

make about 15 cups

My kids love it with some whip cream on top

Chocolate Cheese Cake



Yummy recipe from Kuali. Taste like a mousse cheese cake, so rich and best serve chilled.

Ingredients:
250g dark chocolate
250ml whipping cream
450g cream cheese
150g sugar ( i reduce to 120g)
2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp Tia Maria (I omit)

bring cream to just a boil over low heat.
add in chocolate. make sure melt and set a side for cool
Beat cream cheese and sugar till creamy
add in eggs one at a time and the yolk
then the flour and the tia maria
add in cooled chocolate mixture
beat till well incorporated

Bake the cake in hot bath for 180C for 40 to 50 minutes
off the oven and leave the cake inside for another 40 to 50 minutes.
then remove to cool and refrigerate overnight. served chilled

* if you are using spring-form pan, wrap a double layer of aluminium foil around the base to prevent the batter leaking out.

Cream Cheese Brownies Fudge



Thank you Peng's Kitchen for this wonderful recipe. Taste just right and so moist

190g Dark chocolate
50g butter
2 eggs
60g sugar
70g plain flour
40g self raising flour

cream cheese layer:
90g butter
250g cream cheese
60g sugar
3 eggs
3 1/2 tbsp floor, sifted

melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. set aside to cool
whisk eggs till thick, add sugar gradually, beat till creamy
fold in flour, then chocolate mixture
pour into tin

top with cream cheese:
beat butter and cheese till creamy
add in sugar and beat till fluffy
add eggs on at a time
fold in flour
pour on top of the chocolate filing

180 C for 30 minutes

Blueberry Cheese Tart



Got the recipe from Kuali. Thanks for the easy making blueberry recipe. Of course I modified a bit....

For the crust:
200g Butter
180g sugar
2 eggs
450g flour

Beat the butter and the sugar till mix. then add in eggs one by one and last the flour. It will look like a dough now. Put to chill in fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll it to the thickness you like and put into mould. I used the disposable aluminum



Remember to used a fork to make some hole at the bottom before bake it. 200 C for10 minutes
wait to cold before pour in filling

To make the filling:
300g Cream Cheese
120g Sugar
45g Flour
2 eggs
120g Butter
45g whipping cream ( i used milk)

Beat Cream Cheese, butter and sugar till fulffy.
beat in eggs one at a time
pour in flour and milk
Then fill in the tart.

Last, spoon some blueberry in the middle and swirl it with a toothpick



easy right.......taste good too....yummy

Cotton Cheese Cake







A:
250g cream cheese
250 ml milk
80g butter
6 egg yolks
40g self raising flour(sifted)
20g corn flour (sifted and mix with self raising flour)

Melt the cream cheese in the milk. Over a double boil
once all the cheese melt, add in butter
wait till the batter cold
add in flour and egg yolk one by one

B:
6 eggs whites
120g sugar

beat over high speed and gradually spoon in the sugar
until soft peak form. to test, turn the egg whites upside down without falling

fold the B into A in 2 or 3 batches.

Pour to the baking tin.
remember to put another baking pan (bigger ) with some water in the oven and put the batter pan in the water while baking it

180C for40 mintues
