Yummy recipe from Kuali. Taste like a mousse cheese cake, so rich and best serve chilled.
Ingredients: 250g dark chocolate 250ml whipping cream 450g cream cheese 150g sugar ( i reduce to 120g) 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp corn flour 1 tbsp Tia Maria (I omit)
bring cream to just a boil over low heat. add in chocolate. make sure melt and set a side for cool Beat cream cheese and sugar till creamy add in eggs one at a time and the yolk then the flour and the tia maria add in cooled chocolate mixture beat till well incorporated
Bake the cake in hot bath for 180C for 40 to 50 minutes off the oven and leave the cake inside for another 40 to 50 minutes. then remove to cool and refrigerate overnight. served chilled
* if you are using spring-form pan, wrap a double layer of aluminium foil around the base to prevent the batter leaking out.
