Moist Banana Cake



2 cups self-raising flour & 1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate (sifted)
1 cup sugar
180 butter
100g plain yogurt
3 egges
5 banana (mashed)

1) beat the butter and sugar till fluffy
2) add in eggs one by one
3) fold in flour slowly
4) then the yogurt and last the banana

easy recipe
bake in oven 180 C for 30 - 40 minutes

* I used the tin too small (9" Round tin)and the cake too thick, so take me longer to bake and the surface a bit too dark. Used a bigger cake tin so that the surface will look perfect.
