(A) 250g self raising flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp cocoa powder 150g sugar 150g chocolate chip (save 1/4 of the chips for sprinkling)
(b) (mix all together) 250 ml milk 90 ml vegetable oil 1 large egg
put A in large bowl and mix well. add in B Mix the A and B together with slow and gentle stokes. stop stirring ince the last traces of flour disappear. Do not overmix. A lumpy batter will ensure the muffins stay moist and fluffy spoon the batter into muffin cup 3/4 full and top with the balance choc-chip bake 200 C for 20 minutes make about 10 to 12 cups
