3 cup chicken

Adapted from here

Basically the name of this dishes tell it all, 3 cups are for 1 cup sesame oil, 1 cup rice wine and 1 cup light soya sauce (I reduce slightly as I don't like too salty).

If I only cook half chicken, I will reduce the above to half too.

Put in the sesame oil, fried with some thinly slice ginger. Add in the chicken and then pour in the rice wine. fried for one minutes and pour in the light soya sauce. Simmer in medium flame for about 10 minutes or until the sauce thicken. stirring occasionally.

I add in some ear fungus too. I put it in together with the chicken.

Serve immediately

Emperor Chicken

Today I tried the below, Emperor herbs Chicken from A1. Just like Chinese herbs with chicken. There is few way to prepare them. All stated at the packaging. For me, either steam it or boil it over the stove with soup just nice to cover the chicken (chopped)

The plastic wrapper and aluminium foil are provided in the packaging. just clean the chicken and...

Cover the chicken with the powder provided and wrap it. Normally i will season it for one to 2 hours before steam it for 2 hours.....

After steam for 2 hours. I quite like the herbs taste, nice and recommended. easy to prepare.

Roast chicken with Teriyaki sauce

Marinate the chicken for more than 6 hours with:
1) Garlic
2) Ginger
3) Teriyaki sauce
4) Dash of black pepper

Roast in oven 200 C for 45 minutes....and that's it. When almost done, about 5 minutes to go, brush some honey on the skin......
