3 cup chicken

Adapted from here

Basically the name of this dishes tell it all, 3 cups are for 1 cup sesame oil, 1 cup rice wine and 1 cup light soya sauce (I reduce slightly as I don't like too salty).

If I only cook half chicken, I will reduce the above to half too.

Put in the sesame oil, fried with some thinly slice ginger. Add in the chicken and then pour in the rice wine. fried for one minutes and pour in the light soya sauce. Simmer in medium flame for about 10 minutes or until the sauce thicken. stirring occasionally.

I add in some ear fungus too. I put it in together with the chicken.

Serve immediately

Restaurant Kin Kin

Located at no.40, Jalan Dewan Sultan Sulaiman Satu. One of the best chilli pan mee that i had before. From the outlook, just like a normal restaurant but once 12 to 2, you can see people rushing and waiting for a seat. They sell 2 types of "pan mee" only, soup or dry. but you can see majority of people order dry, which go perfectly with their chilli.

Is not suprise that you can see some guys taking few bowls.......
The below without chilli and i love the egg too.....

add your own chilli and mine got to be spicy. like this

yummy

Soup version of pan mee.... not bad either. The soup is tasty

Will definitely drop by every time I pass by this area..... a must try, worth the jam and the parking hassle.

Mushroom Noodle

Located at Lorong Haji Taib 1. near chow kit, there is this road side stall selling mushroom noodle. The noodle just like pan mee but the gravy is different. Thicker gravy and of course with lots of mushroom. Operated for 30 years, at the same location. Must try the chilli, superb. Only thing is so hot there, by the time you finish the noodle, you are all wet with your sweat too.

Yummy,

you can add the mushroom or even egg or both. If you are nearby, worth to try......

Restaurant Teow Chew Meng

They offer a very unique mee suah tou, and I love it, for one pax at RM 11, Mee suah tou with sharkfin. Located at SS2 on the way to Paramount.

Seafood mee suah tou. This is the cheapest , yes sharkfin. Or else you can add abalone and such which will be higher charges.

They also have tomyum, porridge and clear soup with noodle of your choice.

Apart of that , Octopus (below), friend oyster and mango kerabu can be your appetizer

With nice sauce:

Octopus

With just mention above menu, we will be surprise of the people coming in to eat. They have another 2 branches at Subang and Aman Suria (PJ)
